Booking confirmation is subject to receiving of full advance amount from the guest/guest’s representative/travel agent/ tour operator.

Customization of the package can be done at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

10 days before arrival date: No retention charged.
3-9 Days before arrival date: 50% of the total package
1-2 Days before arrival date: 90% of the total package.
Same Day Cancellation: 100% of the total package.
In case of No-Show, the reservation of the cab will be released at 18:00 hrs.
The applicable tariff, Packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
Taxes extra as per government notification.
If the booked cab is not being available at the commencement of the tour for any reason, the management reserves the right to provide the alternative arrangement.
All disputes are subjected to Haridwar jurisdiction only.
